Welcome to your yoga and wellness journey.

Yoga is more than poses and is a powerful tool for making lasting change in your life. My passion is to create a safe and trauma informed space for caregivers and anybody with chronic pain from Fibromyalgia, back pain or aging to use breath and gentle movement to relive pain and take guilt free moments of rest.

I empower you to use yoga tools and Reiki to slow down, move within your safe range of motion and connect more deeply to the calm and center within you.

My work is an ideal compliment to other healing practices, including and not limited to Reiki, Light Work, Energy Healing, Sound Healing, etc.

My classes are an excellent way to empower caregivers to make time for rest and for anybody with pain to take control of your pain management and recovery.

Each class, whether in a group or one-on-one setting, combines, grounding, mindful and slow movement, breath work/awareness and meditation.

Join a community of like minded beginning students coming together to slow down and connect to their inner self and each other. Each of you has chosen to live a full life and for some the thought of adding one more thing can be overwhelming. My goal is to take away that fear by offering you short pose tutorials and a variety of class options where you can take 20 to 30 minutes to just tune out. This practice is for everyone! I look forward to working with you.
